Designed & illustrated by Tulsa-based manga artist and OCAF Special Guest Ogawa Burukku, Chester’s first name is an homage to Dick Tracy creator Chester Gould, who was born in Pawnee, OK in 1900! His last name is an homage to us really liking puns.
Keep your eye out for Chester at OCAF 2026! Comics are for readers of all ages, so when you see an image of Chester, you’ll know the art and content are geared to a younger audience.
